• Always shoot the bottle, unless you are low on money and need to come back home to Philadelphia for the night, then rob until you have enough money to come back. When shooting the bottle, like everything else in Omerta, you won't have a lot of success, but the more you do it, the better you'll become and you'll hit the bottle more often; 10% chance is the maximum for shooting bottles and busting people out (BO's).
• It's best to drive when you are doing a heist, as the leader will more often be higher ranking, and/or have a higher KS than you do.

  As a general rule, sell all cars over 8-9K (except those listed above, unless you have plenty already), and save the rest for the crusher.


• Booze/Narcs


• You can buy narcs/booze to greatly improve your rp%, however, when you are first starting out, you'll spend most of your time in jail; this too will change the more you do it. The low for coke is about 13k - 14k, with a high of 24k - 25k.
  The price will vary from city to city and will change every 30 min.

For the different colors on your background, refer to the list here: www.December.com To change the color of the background, click on the *expand settings* on the upper left hand side, just below the different smiley faces. Then enter the hex# of the color you would like as your back ground. For text colors, just use [color=red] (your text) [/color], you can change red to be any color you want.

The leader (usually, the highest ranking member) will lead the OC and distribute the loot. He puts in 25K of his money for the OC.

The WE (weapons expert), is usually the one with the highest KS. He'll put up (usually) 50K for two tommies and 100 bullets.

The driver (the one with the car, you go all out for OC cars, more expensive the better), will provide the getaway car from the OC.

The EE (explosives expert, usually the one with the highest number of BO's),will put in (usually) 40K for C4.

Bullets can be obtained in four ways.
1. Crushing cars, which is the easiest and cheapest way to get bullets.
2. Obay, generally considered a last resort as prices can skyrocket ridiculously high prices.
3. Local bullet factory, which is the preferred method, and is also the hardest. Bullets refresh every so few minutes, sometimes within a minute. It?s easier to buy bullets when there are fewer people in the same city, less competition.
4. Family bullet factories, they are easier to buy bullets at, but more expensive, at $1,000 a bullet, most of the time only have 100 bullets available.

--- Some additional notes

-Buy bullets whenever possible!!! Be patient, bullets in the local factory replenish every few minutes, so hang in there.

-- How many should you have? --

Thief 2k, Associate 6k, Mobster 8k, Soldier 10k, Swindler 14k, Assassin 20k, Local Chief 40k Chief 80k Bruglione 120k

-A percentage of your money that you get from selling cars, doing robberies, etc will go to the family bank automatically.

-Save up for a DC-3 plane, it will be well worth it.

-Buy a tommy, all protection and bodyguards, however protection will not be that important as of yet, since being in Dragonara or Foxhound will stop 99% of the people from trying to shoot you.

-Send all WS (witness statements) to your capo and top 3, if it is not important to us or our bloods/alliance, then you may be given permission to sell on Obay.

-Buy a donating code, either through Omerta money, or real life money (about $3 US), it will save you A LOT of frustration.

-Any problems with other families/members, contact your capo or top 3, never kill without permission, and do not threaten to kill.

-show respect in the chatrooms and you shall receive respect.

- If/when the time comes for you to kill someone, with permission of course, here's how to do it: If you know what city the target is in it will save you a lot of money. Send anywhere from 15-20 detectives to search for him in each city. If we are in war, about 50 detectives should do it. You have to wait until one of your detectives find their target, the time it takes to find it depends on how many detectives you have. After that, click on ^kill^ type the targets name, the number of bullets to use, and then enter the code, and with luck you will
have killed your target.

- If you ever have to go into hiding in a safe house, located in the shop/market menu, the price per minute is as follows: ($100*min^2). How much does this cost to you? Take a look:
